I made this for a TurinTurambar´s poem: "My Steed": Trust in my steed shall I when courage fails and tide of battle round me rails When trumpets sound and arrows fly Trust in my steed shall I Trust in my steed shall I to bite and kick and carry me into the thick of battle's press where men will die Trust in my steed shall I Trust in my steed shall I when threat of death is near and I am short of breath Midst ring of steel through hell we fly Trust in my steed shall I Trust in my steed shall I when through the haze of blood and sweat I homeward gaze Though I am spent he'll be my eyes And trust in my steed shall I |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. this is a gorgeous drawing! it reminds me very much of the drawings of the Masters.
your mark-making in this piece is so emotive and... alive! and the drawing undoubtedly adds a different dimension to the poem, and vice versa.
